Please also review the Terms of Service of the Solution and Site (the “Terms”). Terms capitalized but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Terms. As used in this privacy policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, date of birth, or e-mail address.

1. Information We Collect

One AI collects two general types of personal data: data from persons who visit the Site (“Site Data”) and data collected when our Customers provide us with text, documents and/or any text or documents included on a website (the “Text”) to be analyzed by our Solution for analyzing Text (“Customer Data”). Customer Data includes the Text, as well as the information that is used to login to the Solution, such as names, email addresses and photographs of Customer’s personnel. Customer Data also includes services metadata, runtime environments, configuration values, third parties API key and any questions inputted by persons interacting with the application/bot that our Customers create using our Solution, as well as the output of the same. 

The Site Data will include certain data which we will collect automatically, such as your IP address, mobile device or computer, operating system and browser, screen resolution, page views, clicks recorded sessions, and geo-location. In addition, we collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason. You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but by using Solution and/or Site you agree to provide us with such information.

2. How We Use Information

The following categories of personnel at One AI will have access to the Site Data and/or Customer Data : Customer care, Engineering. Please note that these categories may change from time to time.

We use artificial intelligence to process the Site Data and/or Customer Data in the following manners: Analyzing Text and Customer Data, providing analysis results and answers to questions. 

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We may use Personal Information and other information internally – for example, to provide you with goods and services, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make our Products more useful for you and for our other customers.

We may use Personal Information to provide our Customers with the Solution, Site and related services, including providing analyses and/or insights regarding their clients (where provided text include such information). Customer Data and related analyses will be shared with the applicable Customer and its personnel. Following the provision to a Customer of the services in connection with the Solution and/or Site, One AI shall use and also retain Customer Data in an aggregated and/or anonymized manner (the “Anonymized Data”). The Customer may at its sole discretion, provide a written notice to One AI (at asking it to cease or otherwise refrain from retaining the Anonymized Data and One AI shall comply accordingly.

In addition, by analyzing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be considered and so existing products and services can be tailored to customer desires. Statistical Information is does not indicate individuals’ identities, and we will not link Statistical Information to any Personal Information. We may share Statistical Information with our partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion. In addition, we may provide any information to third parties, so long as we have removed any information that identifies any particular individual or user, such as a name, address or contact information.

3. How We Protect Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will delete any information provided to us by a user upon the receipt of a written request by such user. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted.

4. Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a visitor's browser. The browser provides this piece of text to the device of the originating visitor when this visitor returns. A “persistent” cookie may be used to help save your settings and customizations across visits. Most Web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but you can change this setting so your browser either refuses all cookies or informs you when a cookie is being sent. Also, you are free to delete any existing cookies at any time. Please note that some features of the Solution and/or Site may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.

5. Third Party Sites and Services

We may use third party payment providers to provide payment services on the Solution and/or Site. We are not affiliated with, and do not have any responsibility for the privacy practices of such third party payment services. Please review independently the privacy policies of such third party payment providers.

In addition, the Solution and/or Site may link to or use web sites or services belonging to third parties. We have no control over third-party sites or services, and all use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for the privacy policies of any such sites. We are not responsible for content available by means of such sites or services. We do not endorse any products  offered by third parties and we urge our users to exercise caution in using third-party sites or services.

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise us immediately.

7. Correcting or Updating your Information.

8. Communications

We may send you email or other messages about us or our products and services as well as messages about products and services of selected third parties. By accepting the Terms for the Solution and/or Site (including the terms of this Privacy Policy which are incorporated therein) or using the Solution and/or Site, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages. As a registered member, you can remove your personal information from our mailing list and stop receiving future communication from us by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such email we send. Please note that we reserve the right to send you service related communications, including service announcements and administrative messages, relating either to your account or to your transactions on the Solution and/or Site, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them unless you cancel your account.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. 9. Other Uses or Transfer of Your Information

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or behavior of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal behavior.

We may share your information with our affiliates. We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside your jurisdiction and/or outside the United States or the European Union. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.

We may transfer our databases containing your Personal Information if we sell our business or part of it, including in cases of liquidation, and the terms of this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to the databases. Information about our users, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition and shall continue being subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. By providing such information, you expressly consent to such transfer and use, including transfers outside of the country of your residence.

10. Hotjar

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf. 11. Plausible

We use Plausible to track overall trends in our website. We do NOT store cookies, we do NOT collect personal data, and we do NOT track users across devices. We collect anonymous data about pages visited, devices, browsers, incoming source, etc. Zero personal data. Please read Plausible's Privacy Policy for more information.
